The staff was friendly and helpful, I love the accented walls and my favorite part was how large the community is but still quiet. They actually have lush green grass !!! The pool is heated and I can hit freeway easy no sweat I enjoyed renting there

I’m very picky, and wouldn’t write a good review unless I was truly impressed. The girls up front are amazing to work with, the maintenance guys are there within a day every time and seem very trustworthy. The grounds are impeccable, and it was safe and quiet. Highly recommend.

We love Aviata Apartments! The staff are so friendly and don't turn over frequently like many other apartment complexes in Las Vegas. The maintenance repairs are always helpful & get the job done within a day or two. The grounds are kept up very well & we feel very safe here.
